Karlskoga racetrack: 03 - 04 june
This past weekend we have been at Karlskoga racetrack for the 2 round in the Norwegian championship! It was great to finally be competing with cars more like my own! This track is amazing, just look at this picture:

Lots of tight corners and high speed streches! Great fun! We got there thursday afternoon and got the car ready for friday morning. Training started at 0900, and I had a great time in all of the practice rounds. I also improved my time by almost 5 seconds during the day. A difficult track to learn! We also had problems with cracks in the manifold and the guys had to weld it friday afternoon.
A picture of the depot turn before the long strech, fantastic!!
Thomas is pleased with the set up:
Our spot :)
Great guys! Chief mechanic Ole Johnny and Geir:
From the start of the race saturday:
At the start of the first race on saturday my oil pressure gauge stopped working. This worried me and I lost concentration in one of the first corners. I braked to late and had to go through an escape route which meant I was at the back. I managed to pass 5 cars in 10 laps, which I was happy with!
The next race is at Mantorp Park from the 17th to the 19th of june! I will continue with my live update there!
Thanks for reading :)
Molly
